When the project has been examined and you have given the order, we draw up a timetable for the project.

The timetable is your guarantee that your timetable and ours concord.

Your transport solution’s milestones are:

• Optimisation of solution and establishment of optimal conveyor system
• Construction phase – including regular project meetings with our project coordinators
• Production phase – purchasing phase
• Test and approval of unit by us (Factory Acceptance Test - FAT)
• Implementation – i.e. installation and commissioning
• Test and approval of unit on your premises (Factory Acceptance Test - FAT)
• Training of operators and service personnel in the company
• Handing over

Full-scale testing

Prior to delivery of the transport unit, all machines and components are tested and preprogrammed to the extent possible. Test runs on our premises with original products or components ensure that everything is functioning the way it is supposed to when the unit leaves our workshop.

Reliable delivery

Our service men take care of all assembly and installation of the transport unit. Afterwards they provide instruction for your service personnel and operators in correct and safe operation of the unit.

This provides security and minimises the risk of operating errors in the system.

We bear the responsibility for you until the unit is in good operating order. We do not abandon you.

Naturally, a limited service and guarantee package is included.
When that expires, you can choose to sign a service agreement with us for periodic maintenance of the unit.

The agreement can also include on-call service if problems should arise.
Our service personnel are at your service 24 hours a day.
