Road marker producer’s requirements:

"Produce a casting, cooling and cutting machine for the production of road markers”. The solution should allow easy belt changes and quick adaptation to different types of road marking. Together with the customer, we ensured that all requirements and wishes were satisfied in the unit we designed. The solution was later reviewed in detail with the customer and produced. The company where the solution is now used had a visit from a U.S. colleague, who, to date, has purchased two identical units. These units now produce large quantities of road markers in the United States.

Tobacco producer’s requirements:

The perfect cut: “Can you design a machine that can cut tobacco sheets into pipe tobacco in one work process"? After contemplating the task, we believed it was possible. Together with the factory director, we drafted a project description with facts and ideas, dimensions, measurements, weight, hardness and other known data, as well as a description of the capacities the machine was to handle. In the construction phase, our work was based on the following:
